POMOCtu application was created to connect people who need help and people who want to help.

Using POMOCtu application you remain anonymous, there is no need to create an account. Your data is identified with a special key. You provide only the data necessary for the application to work in a way that allows efficient and secure implementation of its main purpose.

By accessing or using POMOCtu application, website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound to all the terms of this Privacy Policy and Terms Of Service

We collect the following information:

IP address

GPS location, if you agree to share it - confirming your consent when asked with system dialog

device id (if available)

os and browser version

provided location where help is needed

location of a person who wants to help

additional information, such as needs description, comments, expected deadline, entered by the user when submitting help request

contact details and additional information entered by the user who wants to help

temporally, in situations such as epidemiological threat, we may ask you to provide additional information regarding health and exposure to infection sources - to allow risk assessment and proper preparation when providing help. The collection of this data is based on a sense of responsibility and serves our safety when receiving and providing help.

The collected information is processed to connect people asking for help with people who want to provide help. Help requests are displayed to users willing to help, sorted by distance (nearest first), expected deadline and with approximate location information only. No detailed location is shared until help request owner decides to share it with the person who wants to help - during, or after direct phone call contact. Contact information shared by person in response to help request is shared only with that request owner.

The Administrator of the personal data collected is SayEnergy Sp. z o.o.

Data is processed anonymously and is not transferred or made available to any third parties.

To promote POMOCtu applications, web pages and services we may share and / or make available statistics based on processed data - such as number of submitted, assigned and completed help requests, their category, time metrics, approximate location metrics like city, region, country, user ratings and feedback.

We may disclose your information in cases required by law or if it is required to resolve disputes, investigate problems or enforce Terms Of Service, or at the request from law enforcement agency, or if it is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of SayEnergy or User

Collected and processed data such as: gps location, address, telephone number, IP - will be removed from the application after a period of max. 1 month from the closure of the given help request (request marked as done or deleted). This data will be encrypted and archived a period of 3 years, only for evidence purposes, for possible proceedings conducted in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

You can request that we remove all data collected for specified application id by sending us email at info@pomoctu.pl. Your request must contain your valid application id. Your application id can be found in the app settings screen.
